I, knowingly, freely and voluntarily assume all responsibility for any damage or injury that may occur to me as a result of my participation in “Alligator the race”, an event that will take place at Markham Park in Broward . County. and I agree to release, resign, terminate, and agree not to sue the event producer “Santiago Perez Productions, Broward County, its current and former officers, agents, employees, and volunteers (collectively, the” Released “) from any liability or claim for the damages that may be suffered by me, the members of my family or companions, or any third party, directly or indirectly, together with or derived from my participation in the event.

Sandbagging Policy:
To ensure fair competition, participants must register in the appropriate category based on their skill level, age, and previous race results. Race organizers reserve the right to reassign runners to a different category if evidence of sandbagging (intentionally competing in a category below their skill level) is discovered. Failure to comply may result in disqualification without refund.
Participants are encouraged to compete with integrity and respect the competitive spirit of the event.
You must complete your race before the start of the next race, otherwise, you have to drop out of the race or will be removed by staff.
