County. and I agree to release, resign, terminate, and agree not to sue the event producer \u201cSantiago Perez Productions, Broward County, its current and former officers, agents, employees, and volunteers (collectively, the&#8221; Released &#8220;) from any liability or claim for the damages that may be suffered by me, the members of my family or companions, or any third party, directly or indirectly, together with or derived from my participation in the event.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Sandbagging Policy:<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">To ensure fair competition, participants must register in the appropriate category based on their skill level, age, and previous race results. Race organizers reserve the right to reassign runners to a different category if evidence of sandbagging (intentionally competing in a category below their skill level) is discovered.
